* Prescription drug program has a separate $200 deductible.

Select Saver Series III (PPO):

* Eight deductible options.
* There is a child-only plan alongside in and out-patient coverage.
* This plan does not provide office visits with a co-pay, all medical care costs go towards deductible and coinsurance.
* Coinsurance for this plan is 75%
* Prescription drug program $200 deductible.
* Preventive Care paid at 75% unto $300 per calendar year per participant. Child immunizations through age 7, paid at 100%

Select Value Care:

* No deductibles are the trademark of this plan
* Out-of-pocket expenses are high to compensate.
* Members can get prescription drugs for a 50% co-insurance.

Select Basic:

* Well-child and preventive treatment is covered 100% until age seven.
* In-patient and outpatient coverage is available, although these don't offer as many benefits as other plans.
* Prescription drug coverage is included.
