Select Blue Advantage Series III (PPO):

*Eight different deductible choices ranging between $250 and $10,000, this plan offers unrivaled flexibility.
*Co-insurance for this plan is 85%
*Children can be covered on an adult policy or a children health insurance plan.
*Immunizations are covered until age seven with no deductible or co-insurance.
*Plan includes unlimited office visits with a $25 co-pay (which includes same day lab/X-rays up to $750)
*$100 emergency room co-pay.
*Preventive Care paid at 100% up to $300 per calendar year per participant. Zero Prescription deductible. Child immunizations through age 7, paid at 100%

Select Choice Series III (PPO):

*Co-insurance for this plan is 80%
*Unlimited office visits are also $25 but only cover physician consultation.
*Emergency room charges towards deductible and co-insurance.
*Prescription drug program has a separate $200 deductible.

Select Saver Series III (PPO):

*Eight deductible options.
*There is a child-only plan alongside in and out-patient coverage.
*This plan does not provide office visits with a co-pay, all medical care costs go towards deductible and coinsurance.
*Coinsurance for this plan is 75%
*Prescription drug program $200 deductible.
*Preventive Care paid at 75% unto $300 per calendar year per participant. Child immunizations through age 7, paid at 100%

Select Value Care:

*No deductibles are the trademark of this plan
*Out-of-pocket expenses are high to compensate.
*Members can get prescription drugs for a 50% co-insurance.

Select Basic:

*Well-child and preventive treatment is covered 100% until age seven.
*In-patient and outpatient coverage is available, although these don't offer as many benefits as other plans.
*Prescription drug coverage is included.
